Our Policy is to process, package and ship orders in the US within one business day (non-holidays).  International Orders ship within two business days. We ship all our orders via the United States Postal Service. ALL orders are subject to order verification approval before shipping.


We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and American Express.

Charges to your credit card are made on the day your order ships. For quickest order verification, we recommend you ship the product to the same billing address of the credit card being used.

Return Policy

We offer a 10 day satisfaction guarantee return policy on the price of the product.

If the product arrives damaged, you can request a replacement on the website.

When returning the product, we require you send the product back, along with the shipping envelope and a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Don’t send it back without the RMA number on the label or we won’t know which order it is from.
